Our Team

A boutique team means a bespoke experience

We are purposefully a boutique team because it allows us to be bespoke with every client. We have all worked in larger agencies and felt frustrated by the layers of protocol that kept clients at a distance and created unnecessarily large invoices.

At The Jam Jar, there are no managerial layers or client ‘handballing’. The team of specialists you meet on day one will be the specialists that work directly with you on your account throughout your entire journey with us. Nothing is lost in translation. Nothing is handed off to a junior team member. Everything is kept close and under control, making the process leaner, faster and much more meaningful.

Big capabilities come in boutique packages

Our boutique nature pays dividends on projects of all sizes. We only take on a select number of clients, ensuring we can stay hands on and keep track of every moving part within a project. For us, the keys to success are accountability and collaboration. From major land developments and corporate rebranding to helping a small start-up figure out what they stand for, we stay agile and nimble to deliver on every outcome.

Slide Nigel Moyes FOUNDER, DIRECTOR Nigel sees your brand as your personal expression, believing this is one of the ways your business can stand out. To get the attention of a noisy, overcrowded market, design needs to be purposeful. This never means loud, aggressive or garish; rather, your designs need to be given space to breathe, drawing attention in the right ways.

Whether it’s a music arrangement for his band, the way light is captured in his photography, or how design can bring a business’ brand to life, his intuitive understanding of how beauty exists informs his approach to everything.
