With fast service walk-in medical providers offering cheaper, less comprehensive alternatives, they not only needed to increase market comprehension of how their service was different from their competitors, but build a desirable brand to attract new customers.

As a medical centre we knew Azure’s brand needed to feel warm and welcoming. The chosen colours added a softness to their new logo, with the rounded edges of the ‘A’ and ‘R’ taking on a leaf shape inferring new growth and healing. The chain of leaves symbolise the circle of life.
Many customers were unaware Azure Medical is located on the upper level of Cottesloe Central. To address this we created double sided wayfinders displayed in a major thoroughfare of the centre. As pedestrians walked by, this stand out collateral was the first thing they saw.
From signage to gift cards we created a consistent brand identity to capture and reflect who Azure Medical are and what they set out to achieve for their customers: to help people flourish.
To retain and engage customers we sharpened the focus of the Azure messaging, delivering valuable information through a well thought out content marketing plan. Our strategy segmented their audience, creating compelling, relevant content to encourage repeat business. Since implementation, this approach has seen skyrocketing open rates.
To create desire and education around Azure’s lesser known, high end service lines we use a variety of techniques including digital advertising, content marketing and automation. This approach delivered Azure one of their most successful cosmetic events, building a database that continues to show interest in the service well past the event date.
